You may use ASoc services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Intellectual property
All content, features, and functionality on ASoc services are owned by ASoc and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Work we produce for you is assigned to you upon full payment as described in your engagement agreement.
Limitation of liability
ASoc is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.
